Natacha Barello (Moses)

Natacha Barello was born and grew up in Mauritius on the East coast, amongst sugar cane fields and great wide spaces. After a strict schooling at the Loreto Convent of Curepipe, she moved to England where she graduated at Ealing University of a Higher National Diploma in Leisure Studies. From there, Paris seem to close to miss, so this is where she pursued further studies in a private specialized school called CEMHI to graduate in a Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management in 2000. From there she has worked mostly in 5*hotels in Paris & Mauritius whilst enjoying travelling Asia and Europe.

After 3 sabbatical years of traveling, living within Europe & Canada, Natacha reintegrates General Aviation Mauritius where she works as Lounge Manager for the pre-opening of the YU Lounges, first privately owned terminal for Private jets in Mauritius. This is when she realizes that she would like to try having her own company, after a thorough searching, it appears to her that she has a passion for crafting; from which was born ECO_LOZIK!

Recycling paper into objects became her passion and she started to realize that Mauritius needs to recycle, reuse, and reduce…she turned towards social community work and joined the One Future One Planet community, where she could dedicate herself to co-creating, collaborating, and co-sharing. This has given more scope to what she wants to do and how she wants to give back to planet earth.

Today she is a passionate member in the One Island’s Waves of Change Team.
